how do you work?
I have an integrated approach which encompasses counselling, coaching, NLP and hypnotherapy. I don't believe there is a 'one size fits all' solution with talking treatments, and prefer to blend a range of proven interventions which are fine-tuned to address your specific needs. Our first session includes an initial assessment and is an opportunity for us to decide together on the best way forward. I also offer a no-obligation, 30 minute telephone consultation to help you decide if you wish to proceed and ascertain the type of support you are looking for.

how long will it take?
This depends on the nature of the service being provided. A standard counselling, coaching or hypnotherappy session lasts for 1 hour. However, it might be preferable to work via the telephone or online, rather than face to face, and I have various treatment packages available to you dependent on your specific needs and circumstances. These can be discussed in more detail during the initial consultation.

where are you based?
I have venues in Harrogate, Knaresborough and Leeds. All of my treatment rooms are carefully selected for their comfort, safety, accessibility and privacy.

how much does it cost?
A standard face to face counselling, coaching or hypnotherapy 1 hour session costs £40. I charge the same price for the initial assessment and when requested provide a free 30-minute no obligation telephone consultation. I also offer concessionary rates for students, seniors and unemployed people. In addition, I offer discounted rates for monthly coaching packages and the online and telephone support services I provide.
